His very first word as mentioned earlier was FISH pronounced as "ish". Yes, he said fish before he could say mama or dada. He loved dancing and his favorite song to dance to was "A New Way to Walk" from Sesame Street. We sent a video of him dancing to Bitoy's Funniest Videos and it won 3rd place.
Whenever he sees people waving, whether on tv or actual people waving at him, he would wave and say, "hayt", that's his way of saying hi. He also pretends to go to sleep, pulling the blanket over him and says "hayt", for good night. He also loved sitting in front of the mirror talking to his reflection in a language of his own.
When asked, he could say what a lion, cow, monkey, snake, rooster, elephant, horse, Santa Claus, The Count of Sesame Street and a crying baby sounds like.
He could name photos of banana (na), cheese, apple (a-po), ball (bo)and phone (oh).
He says mama for mommy, dada for daddy and "bee" for baby. Whenever he sees a baby, he would shout "bee". Before he turned 2, he could already recognize and name some colors, numbers and letters.
Some of the words he could say at this age were the ff:
fish - ish, shish
ball - bo
hat - hap
apple - a-po
banana - na
hello - oh
mama
dada
baby - bee
cheese

green

yello - oh, ye-o
